  • Candidates will be required to complete the Online Application Form containing two stages viz. Part-I and Part-II as per the instructions available in the above mentioned site through drop down menus.
  • The candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) [excepting SC/ST/Female candidates who are exempted from payment of fee] either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India/State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using any Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.
  • Before start filling up of Online Application, a candidate must have his/her photograph and signature duly scanned in the .jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 40 KB and must not be less than 3 KB in size for the photograph and 1 KB for the signature.
  • The Online Applications (Part I and II) can be filled from 12.03.2016 to 08.04.2016 till 11.59 p.m., after which link will be disabled.
  • Applicants should avoid submitting multiple applications. However, if due to any unavoidable circumstances, any applicant submits multiple applications then he/ she must ensure that the application with higher RID is complete in all respects.
  • In case of multiple applications, the application with higher RID shall be entertained by the Commission and fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.
  • The applicants must ensure that while filling their Application Form, they are providing their valid and active E-Mail IDs as the Commission may use electronic mode of communication while contacting them at different stages of examination process.
  • The applicants are advised to check their e-mails at regular intervals and ensure that the e-mail address ending with @nic.in are directed to their inbox folder and not to the SPAM folder or any other folder

UPSEE Application Form 2016

UPSEE Application Form 2016 will be available in February 2016 via Online mode or via purchasing from the respective UPTU Centres. This is a state level examination for entry in various Undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by most of the institutions of Uttar Pradesh. Interested candidates may apply through Online or Offline after reading eligibility criteria. All details of UPTU Application Form such as Online and Offline mode of application is given here.

UPSEE Application Form 2016

UPSEE Application Form 2016 is available on two modes Online or Offline. For applying On-Line through Internet from any place of convenience candidates has to visit Official website of UPTU and for Off-Line through any designated Help desk of UPTU centres which is given in websites. The off-line application can be made from Feb 2016 till April 2016 by filling up OFF-LINE UPSEE Application form through designated Help Desks at various cities. The list of Help Desks is available on website www.upseeuptu2016.in and www.uptu.ac.in.

The OFF-LINE UPSEE Application form submission consists of following three simple steps.

  1. Filling up of OFF-Line UPTU Application Form at the Help desk
  2. Payment of Examination Fee and print your Confirmation Page.
  3. Submission of Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression.

Before, a candidate starts filling the OFF-LINE UPSEE Application Form, he/she is supposed to be ready with the following:

  • A personal mobile phone number and/or a personal E-Mail id
  • Photograph: His/Her recent passport size color photographs (3.5cm X 4.5cm) with front facing to the camera in a manner that full face shows

1.) Filling up of OFF-Line UPSEE Application Form

  • The candidate interested in filling Off-Line UPSEE Application form should report to any of the nearest Help Desk and ask for the application form of UPSEE-2016. The Application form will be made available free of cost by the Help Desk.
  • The candidate should carefully fill all the entries of the UPTU Application form accordingly. The candidate must carry his/her passport size photograh (Two Copies) and should paste his photograph at the specified place in the application form
  • The candidate must submit the duly filled UPTU Application Form at same Help Desk (Day-1). Once, the Help Desk completes the necessary formalities, the candidate may proceed for payment of examination fee.

2.) Payment of Examination Fee

A candidate can pay examination fee in one of the following manner.

  • Through Bank Challan (Through SBI Collect)
  • Through Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking

3.) Submission of Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression

The candidate, after depositing the examination fee, must report to the same Help Desk further next day (Day-3), submit his/her Photograph, Thumb impression & Signature to the Help Desk and collect Three copies of his/her “Confirmation Page” of the UPTU Application Form from the same Help desk.

Before, a candidate starts filling the On-Line UPTU application Form, he/she is supposed to be ready with the following:

  • A personal mobile phone number and/or a personal E-Mail id
  • Photograph: A clear scanned image of his/her recent color passport size photograph (3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 20 KB. The photograph must be front facing to the camera in a manner that full face shows. The background should be either white or off-white and uncluttered.
  • A clear scanned image of his/her signature (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 10 KB.
  • A clear scanned image of his/her left thumb impression (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPEG Format with a maximum size of 10 KB

Once ready with this, he/she may proceed to following steps. Visit the websit www.upseeuptu2016.in and through the link “Apply Online” followed by the link “Online application Form for UG & PG Courses”, you may start filling the application.

1.) Filling up of Personal Details

  • The applicants should submit all the details as per their eligibility while filling the online application form. After filling Online UPTU Application form; you are required to review all the entries filled by you by clicking on “NEXT to REVIEW” button” before submitting it.
  • In case of mistakes, correct the same through “back” button and again review all the entries once again before submitting it. Here, it is clarified that you may change the entries as many times as you want before submitting the Form by clicking the “FINAL SUBMIT” button.
  • On submission of application, a registration number will be generated. You are required to note this registration number for all future correspondences

2.) Payment of Examination Fee

A candidate can pay examination fee in one of the following manner.

  • Through Bank-Challan (Through SBI Collect)
  • Through Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbankin

3.) Uploading of Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression And Printing of the “Confirmation Page

If the payment is made through bank challan, to generate the confirmation page, visit the website www.upseeuptu2016.in and www.uptu.ac.in on next day of the date of payment of examination fee (Day 3 or Day 4) and click the link “Upload Images and Generate the Confirmation Page (Bank-Challan mode)”

Fill up registration number and transaction number (provided by bank) alongwith other required details and then upload scanned images of your recent photograph, signature & Thumb Impression.

Once satisfied, in order to submit the form, press “FINAL SUBMIT” button and proceed to generate “Confirmation Page”

Thereafter, the confirmation page of your UPTU Application form will be generated. Take the printout of the “Confirmation Page” in two copies.

One of copy of the “Confirmation Page” has to kept safely by the candidate for future requirements and second copy of “Confirmation Page” has to be sent to the UPTU at the given address after pasting his/her passport size photograph, putting his/her signature & thumb impression (left thumb) and parent/ guardian signature at the space provided on the confirmation page.

AMU Application Form 2016 is available via Online and Offline both modes. AMU Application Form 2016

Candidates are required to fill separate Aligarh Muslim University Application Forms for each course of study as detailed in this Guide. The filling of AMU application forms starts from February 2016. However, candidates should submit a single Application Form for courses for which a combined Test is to be conducted. AMU Application Forms shall not be transferred from one course of study to another under any circumstance.

If a candidate submits more than one Application Form for a course of study, ALL such Application Forms of the candidate may be summarily rejected.

  • Fill up the ONLINE Application Form by following the instructions given above. Take the Printout of the PDF Generated Application Form on A-4 Size paper (applying ONLINE) OR
  • Download the appropriate Application Form from the website meant for the course for which the candidate wishes to apply and get it printed on A-4 size paper. Fill up the Application Form by following the instructions given above in CAPITAL letters using black ball point pen (applying OFFLINE)
  • Put your thumb impression, signature and paste your recent photographs at the designated place on the Application Form.
  • Attach the appropriate Demand Draft along with other relevant document(s) with the Application Form and do not fold or multilate it in any way.
  • Application Form (PDF Generated copy) must be submitted by hand or through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier so as to reach the respective offices as given under each course of study.up to 5:00 PM on or before the last date of receipt


  • While applying for various courses of study, the candidate is advised to consult the schedule of Admission/Departmental Test which appears under each course of study, wherever applicable, so as to ensure that there is no clash in the Test schedule of various courses for which the candidate is applying for admission.
  • The University assumes no responsibility if the candidate has opted for more than one course of study for which the Tests have been scheduled simultaneously.
  • No request for change in address for correspondence as specified in the Application Form shall be entertained.

Documents To Be Submitted With AMU Application Form

Candidates are required to submit following documents along with AMU Application From which are given as:

  • Candidate must attach the original Demand Draft with his / her Application Form and also write his/her name, date of birth, course of study and Transaction ID (if available) on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
  • Self attested copy (both sides) of High School / Secondary School Certificate (SSC Examination) in support of date of birth.
  • Self attested copy (both sides) of Marksheets / Gradesheets of qualifying examination. In case the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared at the time of applying, candidate must submit self attested photocopies of marksheets / grade sheets of examination passed in the preceding year.
  • Self attested copy (both sides) of Marksheets / Gradesheets of all other examinations passed / appeared (including parts therein) after passing High School till date.
  • Self attested copy of documents in support of claim of Internal Status and / or special categories, if any.
  • Self attested copy (both sides) of qualifying GATE examination, if any (applicable only for applicants to M.Tech. courses).

Rejection of AMU Application Form

AMU Application Forms may be rejected if :

  • Received incomplete.
  • Not submitted on prescribed form
  • Received without requisite fee,
  • Does not fulfil the eligibility requirements
  • Has used fraudulent means to secure admission
  • Attached Demand Draft is not in favour of Finance Officer, A.M.U., payable at Aligarh
  • Received after the last date. and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

Payment of application fee is exempted for all women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Persons with disability and Ex- servicemen eligible for reservation, as per Government orders.

The candidates submitting application offline (paper mode) should pay the fee of Rs 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)”only.

After getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidate must submit their application to the concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission in the usual manner after completing other formalities

The candidates submitting application online (computer based) should pay the fee of Rs 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) by means of SBI Challan or Online payment through Net banking or any credit/debit cards

  • The online submission of the SSC Stenographers Application Form may be made at website http://ssconline.nic.in .Candidate should read the instructions in this Notice carefully before making any entry or selecting options. Candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with * (asterisk) sign. The filling of online application contains two parts: Part I Registration Part II Registration
  • In Part I registration, candidate will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, candidate shall be prompted to check the details and make any correction in the application.
  • Candidate should press “I agree” button after declaration once after he/she finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification etc. shall be allowed.
  • Then a page with Registration No. shall be generated. Note down registration number or take out the print out of the page. The application procedure is incomplete without part II registration. Part II registration of SSC Stenographers Application Form requires filling of payment details, uploading of photograph and scanned signature. Candidates may note that the Registration number given by the Commission and Transaction ID of the Bank should be properly entered in the relevant space, failing which it will not be possible to link the payment with Part I registration. On-line application will be complete only if scanned signature and photo are uploaded as per instructions.
  • Those who want to pay online through SBI net banking/debit card/credit cards, can go directly to part II registration after completion of part I. Candidate will have to supply registration number and date of birth to continue to Part II registration.
  • To pay fee in cash, candidate should take print-out of challan generated online after completion of part I registration. Deposit the requisite fee in pay branch of State Bank of India and then continue with the Part II registration.
  • Those who are exempted from payment of fee can skip above steps. Then upload a recently taken scanned photograph in 8 – bit JPG format. The digital size of the file must be less than12 kb and greater than 4 kb and of resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height.
  • Then upload your scanned signature in 8 – bit JPG format. The digital size of the file must be less than 12 kb and greater than 1 kb and of resolution 140 pixel width by 60 pixels height. As per specifically mentioned in para 16 of the notice of the examination.
  • Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
  • Request for change/correction in any particular in the SSC Stenographers Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The Staff Selection Commission will not be responsible for any consequence arising out of non acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion in any particular filled in application form whatever the reasons may be
