COMEDK UGET APPLICATION FORM 2015

For COMEDK UGET Application Form 2015 the Candidates have to register themselves by sending a request for an Application form called ‘Request for Application (RFA)’. The candidates may access the format of Request for Application form along with the general instructions and the explanation for filling the required fields through the link in the website www.comedk.org. However, these instructions are reproduced as under.

Date of applying for COMEDK UGET 2015 is from 2nd March 2015 to 18th April 2015, which was already over. However candidate can check the details regarding application form given below

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP OF REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FORM

  • Name of the Applicant: Enter your full Name (as it appears in your SSLC/10th Std Marks Card), your name should not exceed 40 characters including the blank spaces.
  • Date of Birth: Provide your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format only as in SSLC/10th Std Marks Card. For e.g.: If your date of birth is 24th August 1997, select as 24/08/1997.(One of the criteria in determination of the inter-se merit).
  • Course applying for: Select the course MBBS/BDS (for Medical/Dental) or B.E (for Engineering) or BOTH (Medical/Dental and Engineering). Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the course you select.
  • Unique Photo ID Proof: Select any one of the below listed valid Photo ID proofs available in original and keep it ready before filling the RFA. The same Photo ID Proof must be produced in original during the Entrance Test, Counseling and admission at college level repeat – the same Photo ID Proof must be produced in original during the Entrance Test, Counseling and admission at the college level.
    • 1) Voter ID, 2) Passport, 3) PAN Card, 4) Driving License, 5) Aadhar Card / Acknowledgement of Aadhar and 6) School / College Photo ID.

Note:  If any of the Options 1 to 5 is selected by the candidate he/she must carry the said selected or opted identity proof in original during examination, counseling and admission at the college level.

 If Option 6, i.e. “School / College Photo ID” is selected the candidate must carry all the below mentioned documents during examination, counseling and admission at the college level:

a) “School / College Photo ID” in original.

b) Photocopy of the same (School / College Photo ID) attested by the principal of the institution last studied (2nd PUC/12th STD).

c) Photo copy of the application in physical format sent to COMEDK.

  • Photo ID Proof Number: Enter the identity proof number as it appears correctly and exactly. (If you have declared ID proof as driving license and your ID proof number is ‘KA01 20110001212’ enter the ID number as ‘KA0120110001212’

Note:  Do not make mistake in the above mentioned fields (i.e. iv & v) as details of the same would be printed in Online Test Admission Ticket and Online Rank Card. 

CAUTION: ANY ID PROOF OTHER THAN WHAT HAS BEEN DECLARED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR THE TEST / COUNSELING / ADMISSION AT COLLEGE LEVEL

  • Email ID: Enter your valid Email ID for all correspondence. An Email ID once used for Registration for sending the Request for Application (RFA) cannot be used again.
  • Mobile Number: Enter your valid Mobile number.
  • Declaration: The Candidate must click on the declaration before submitting the RFA details. The candidate will be given an option to alter the details provided by him / her during the above entry. He / She have to confirm the RFA details for completing the Submission

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM

Attested copy of the following certificates should be attached with the application form

  • Secondary School (10th Class) Certificate & its Marks Sheet.
  • Senior School (12th Class) Certificate & its Marks Sheet.
  • Separate Certificate of Date of Birth, if it is not shown in the certificate (1) above.
  • Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended (Not older than six months).
  • Passing Hindi Certificate (Marks Sheet) for all candidates upto 8th standard applying for BHMS Course for purposes of award of Degree.
  • Certificate of SC/ST/PH (if applicable).
  • Entitlement Certificate for Defence Personnel (if applicable).
  • OBC Certificate (Non Creamy Layer), (if applicable) – Two Copy

Note:

  • The selected candidates for admission to BHMS course may be admitted provisionally subject to submission of Medical Fitness Certificate. The college authorities shall arrange for medical examination of the provisionally admitted students.
  • The student should certify whether he/she belongs to OBC/SC/ST/PH Category. However, the OBC status is to be determined on the basis of the Central List of OBCs notified by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on the recommendations of the National Commission for Backward Classes available at their website of the admission (http:/ncbc.nic.in/backwardclasses/index.html).

All candidates are required to produce their original certificates at the time of depositing fee which will be kept in the office of the concerned college and will not be returned back in any case till the confirmation of admission.

Application for admission will be received upto 31/07/2015

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING AND SENDING THE APPLICATION FORMS:

  • Candidates must have passed in all the required subjects separately (in Theory and Practical) for admission to BHMS Course.
  • Candidates who have appeared in the class XII Examination this year i.e. 2014 and have been placed under Compartment or are to re-appear for improvement will not be eligible.
  • In case the information furnished or certificates etc. submitted are found to be false, or the candidate is found to have withheld name shall be removed from the college rolls and fee deposited by him/her shall be forfeited.
  • Once application form is submitted no alteration will be allowed thereafter.
  • A candidate seeking admission to BHMS Course is required to send his/her application on the prescribed form appended at the end of the Bulletin of Information.
  • The candidates before filling in the form shall satisfy his/her eligibility. The candidate is required to go through the Bulletin of Information carefully and acquaint himself/herself with all requirements with regard to the filling of the application form.
  • Application form should be filled in by the candidate in English.
  • The last date for receipt of application forms for admission to BHMS 2015-2016 in the office of the Joint Registrar (Medical), Faculty of Homoeopathic Medicine, 6th Floor, V. P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi – 110007 is 31/07/2015. No application form will be accepted after 31/07/2015.
  • Incomplete Application Form for Admission to 1st Prof. BHMS Course will summarily be rejected.
  • The student should certify whether he/she belongs to OBC/SC/ST/PH Category.

DU BHMS COMPLETE INFORMATION

JAC DELHI APPLICATION FORM 2015

Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) and Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-D) will hold online counseling for admission to 1st year B.E./B.Tech. and counseling for B.Arch. Programme will be held only at IGDTUW in offline mode.

Admission in DTU, IGDTUW and NSIT will be strictly based on All India Rank in JEE (Main) –2015 on the basis of Paper-I.

Admission in IIIT-D will be based on (i) total marks obtained in Paper 1 of JEE (Main)- 2015 and normalized score in Class 12th as provided by JEE (60% & 40% weightage respectively) and (ii) bonus marks which are given for achievements in various areas like Olympiads, programming contest, national talent search, sports, culture, chess, etc

JAC DELHI APPLICATION FORM 2015

All candidates desirous of seeking admission to all engineering/architecture programmes at DTU, IGDTUW, NSIT and IIIT-D are required to visit website www.jacdelhi.nic.in to pay initial registration-cum-counselling fee of Rs. 1100/- + Bank Charges and to complete the online registration process from 30th June 2015 to 10th July 2015 midnight

Online Registration by candidates is allowed only in 1st round of counselling. No fresh registrations will be allowed in the subsequent rounds of counselling

The candidate will initiate fee submission for online registration process by entering his/her following details:

  • JEE(Main) Roll No
  • Mobile No.
  • E-Mail ID

Candidate can fill two simple steps of counselling. In the first step, the candidates have to submit the Counselling Participation Fee of Rs. 1100/- and in the second step, the candidates are required to fill the choices for the branches and University/Institute as per their priority list.

Online Registration

Having paid the counselling fee, the candidate shall visit http://www.jacdelhi.nic.in and Click the New Registration link. Candidate must enter the following to access the Online Registration Form:

  1. JEE(Main) Roll No
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Nationality
  4. Result Status (Declared Pass) of 12th Class

Filling of Choices

After successful login, candidate’s home page is opened and following options are displayed:

  • Registration Details: Registration Detail is important for seat allotment and should be filled very carefully.
  • Edit Registration: Any mistake can be corrected in the above through “Edit Registration” option only if the candidate has not locked his choices.
  • Available Choices: The list of branches available for admission shall be displayed

Steps to apply online for RRB JE AND SSE 2015

  • Visit the website of the RRB to which the candidate wants to apply
  • Click on the “ONLINE/E-Application” Link
  • Click on the “New Registration” link.
  • Fill in the basic details viz.
  • Follow the instructions and complete the registration process step-by-step for getting a Registration Number & Password.
  • Login using the Registration Number and Password. Select the post ‘Senior Section Engineer’ (SSE) or ‘Junior Engineer’ (JE) as the case may be.
  • Fill up other details such as educational qualification etc.
  • Pay examination fee (` 100/- only), if applicable, online using Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking. Exam fee can also be paid through SBI Branch or any computerised Post Office after downloading a pre-printed Challan/Pay-In-Slip.
  • Upload your colour photograph (of size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) size between (15kb-20 kb).
  • Download the blank “Template” by clicking on the link “Download Template”. This “Template” has the space for affixing your signature, left thumb impression, the declaration, Registration Number and Photograph.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST have to upload scanned copy of their SC/ST certificates also for availing the facility of free travel authority (Second Class Railway Pass).
  • Submit the application. Print out the acknowledgement for records.
  • To modify application already submitted, go to the “ONLINE/E-Application” link.
  • Click on the ‘Modify Application’ link.
  • Login using Registration Number and Password.
  • Pay additional fee (` 100/-) either online or through SBI branch/computerized Post Office after downloading a pre-printed Challan/Pay-In-Slip. Ensure payment is done within the dates mentioned in the challan.
  • After making payment login using Registration Number and Password and proceed with the modification as per instructions given

AMBEDKAR UNIVERSITY APPLICATION FORM 2015

Ambedkar University Application Form is common for all Undergraduate & Postgraduate Programmes. The application process is computerised for all undergradute and postgraduate programmes. There are no paper application forms.

Application Procedure

Application procedure for Ambedkar University Admission are as folllows

  • Candidates has to carry scanned copy of their photo and signature before applying (size less than 50kb and not exceeding 200×200 pixels)
  • Then the application fee of Rs. 440 per postgraduate programme (Rs. 180 per programme for SC/ ST/ PD candidates) and Rs. 330 per undergraduate programme (Rs. 130 per programme for SC/ST/PD candidates) can be paid by Demand Draft (DD)/ Cash/Online
  • If you opt for payment by DD, please have with you a DD for the correct amount. You should have with you a DD in favour of ‘Ambedkar University Delhi’ payable at New Delhi. Enter the DD details in the online application form where required.
  • After successful submission of the online application form, download a PDF copy. A printed copy of the application form, along with the DD, has to be deposited at the Kashmere Gate Campus of AUD or sent by post to:
