UPSC IFS ADMIT CARD 2015

Admit card for UPSC IFS EXAM is available on UPSC website three weeks before the exam date.You can download UPSC IFS Admit Card 2015 online from UPSC Website or by clicking on the given below link.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

  • Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of UPSC immediately.
  • Mention your Name, Roll Number,Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with UPSC.
  • Bring this e-Admit Card (Print out) in each session to secure admission to Examination Hall. e-Admit Card may be preserved till the declaration of written result .
  • You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card , the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the service of any impersonator.
  • Enter the Examination Hall 20 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination.
  • You will not be admitted to the examination if you report 10 minutes after the scheduled commencement of the examination .
  • If you appear at a centre / sub-centre/optional subject other than the one indicated by the Commission in your e-Admit Card , your answer scripts will not be evaluated and your candidature is liable to be cancelled.
  • Please Read the “Rules/Instructions for the Examination” Published in the Employment News and available on the upsc website www.upsc.gov.in and “Poster containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Hall.
  • Your candidature to the examination is provisional.
  • Use of Scientific(Non-Programmable type) Calculators is allowed and if considered necessary may be brought by candidates Programmable type calculators are,however, not allowed in this examination.
  • Possession/Use of Mobile Phones and other Electronics/Communication devices is banned in the examination premises.
  • For conventional(essay-type) Papers,candidate must note that they should strictly answer all parts and sub-parts of a question in the question Cum Answer (QCA) booklet in the space provided under each question part in the (QCA) booklet.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure that spaces/pages remaining blank are clearly crossed out before the QCA booklet are handed over to the invigilator.
  • Candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/costly items in the Examination Halls, as safe keeping of the same can not be assured. The Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
  • Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card will have to bring a photo identity proof viz. Adhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport,Voter I Card etc. and two passport size photographs one for each session for appearing in the examination with an undertaking.

TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Admit Card Application is best suitable on latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox Browsers.
  • Javascript should be enabled on your browser.
  • Do not use mobile or other gadgets for downloading e-ADMITCARD.Preferably use Windows OS on Desktop Machine.
  • If you are having problem in downloading e-Admitcard using suggested browsers then clear the cache and cookies of browser using browser setting. In case if you are still unable to download the e-Admitcard then please try to download the admitcard using other computer machine.
  • If the candidate is blocked by the server in case of repetitive downloading please contact UPSC ADMINISTRATOR immediately through e-mail: – web-upsc@nic.in to unblock the downloading.

It is mandatory for the candidate to take print out of ‘IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE’ before downloading the e-ADMITCARD and bring the same along with this e-ADMITCARD to be permitted to enter the examination hall.

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates are required to apply online only, by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in. Detailed instructions are available on the abovementioned website. The filling of online application contains two parts

Registration of Part-I & Part-II will be treated as valid from 00-00 hrs of 25-07-2015 to 23-59 hrs of 14-08-2015 and applicants making force entry outside the above timings will be treated as invaild

In Part I Registration of UPSC CDS II Exam 2015

candidate will have to fill basic information

  • On submission of details, candidate will be prompted to check the details and make correction, if any, in the application
  • Candidate may press “I agree” button after he/she finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification shall be allowed.
  • When “I agree” button is pressed, a page with Registration No. will be generated. Please note down registration number or take a print out of the page. The application is incomplete without payment , selection of centre, uploading of scanned photograph & signature and agreed for declaration.
  • Scanned photograph should be in JPG format. The digital size of file must be less that 40 kb and greater than 3 kb and resolution 140 pixel height by 110 pixel width and Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit.
  • Then upload your scanned signature in JPG format. The digital size of each file must be less that 40 kb and greater than 1 kb and resolution 110 pixel height by 140 pixel width and Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit.
  • Candidates can pay application fee online though SBI net banking or cash through SBI bank challan or through credit card/debit card.
  • To pay fee in cash, candidate should take printout of challan generated online after completion of registration. Candidate may go to nearest SBI branch for depositing fee after 24 hours of submission of online form.
  • Those who want to pay online through SBI portal can go directly after submission of form.
  • Those who are exempted from payment of fee can skip steps 5 to 7.
  • On successful completion of your complete application, an auto-generated email will be sent on your registered email-id. In case email is not received by you please check / ensure that submission of Part-II of the Application has been made by you.
  • Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.

In Part II Registration of UPSC CDS II Exam 2015

PART-II Registration comprises three steps:-

  1. Fee Payment
  2. Examination centre has to be chosen from the available  drop down menu.
  3. Uploading of Photograph and Signature

APPLICATION FEE FOR UPSC CDS II EXAM 2015

Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.

Online Application process must be completed (including filling up of Part-I and Part-II of the Form) before 11:59 P.M. of 14th August, 2015, after which the web-link will be disabled.

UPSC CDS II EXAM 2015 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility criteria for UPSC CDS II Exam 2015 are given below. Candidate please check full eligibility criteria before applying.

NATIONALITY

A candidate must either be :

  • a Citizen of India, or
  • a subject of Bhutan, or
  •  a subject of Nepal, or
  • a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
  • a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. Certificate of eligibility will, however, not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.

AGE LIMITS, SEX AND MARITAL STATUS

  • For IMA – Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1992 and not later than 1st July, 1997 only are eligible.
  • For Indian Naval Academy – Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1992 and not later than 1st July, 1997 only are eligible
  • For Air Force Academy Age – 20 to 24 Years as on 1st July, 2016 i.e. born not earlier than 02 July, 1992 and not later than 01 July, 1996 (Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable upto 26 Yrs. i.e. born not earlier than 02 July, 1990 and not later than 01 July 1996) only are eligible.
  • For Officers’ Training Academy – (SSC Course for Men) : Male candidates (married or unmarried) born not earlier than 2nd July, 1991 and not later than 1st July, 1997 only are eligible.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy – Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
  • For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ Institution
  • For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering. Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of graduation provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB

INTELLIGENCE AND PERSONALITY TEST

The SSB procedure consists of two stage Selection process-stage I and stage-II. OR those candidates who clear the stage I are permitted to appear for stage II. The details are

  • Stage I comprises of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests are Picture Perception and Description Test (PP & DT). The candidates will be Shortlisted based on combination of performance in QIR Test and PP and DT.
  • Stage II Comprises of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference. These tests are conducted over 4 days. The details of these tests are given on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in The personality of candidates is assessed by three different assessors viz. the Interviewing Officer (IO), Group Testing Officer (GTO) and the Psychologist. There are no separate weightage for each test. The mks are allotted by assessors only after taking into consideration the performance of the candidate holistically in all the test.

JAC DELHI 2015 PROCEDURE

The admission will be carried out in two simple steps of counselling. In the first step, the candidates have to submit the Counselling Participation Fee of Rs. 1100/- and in the second step, the candidates are required to fill the choices for the branches and University/Institute as per their priority list.

Note:

The counselling for B.Arch. Programme at IGDTUW will be conducted in offline mode. After the allocation of seat first time through Common Counselling, candidates are required to submit the requisite fee and must report to the respective University/Institution as per the calendar of activities mentioned in the Admission Brochure for document verification and confirmation of their admission failing which the allocated seat will be cancelled and the candidate will not be considered for further round of online counselling

Seat Allotment – General Rules

1).During this step, the choices submitted by the candidates will be processed centrally and seats will be allotted in the order of merit as explained below on the basis of the locked choices. The allotment result will be available on the website http://www.jacdelhi.nic.in.

2).Preparation of Merit List in respect of NSIT, DTU and IGDTUW

For B.E/ B.Tech

As per JEE (Main)-2015 Paper-1 (B.E/ B.Tech) All India Rank (AIR) as given by CBSE and on the basis of the locked choices. The allotment result will be available on the website http://www.jacdelhi.nic.in.

For B. Arch at IGDTUW

As per JEE (Main) 2015 Paper-2 (B.Arch.) All India Rank (AIR) as given by CBSE and other minimum qualification eligibility criteria. The allotment result will be available on the website http://www.jacdelhi.nic.in, http://www.igdtuw.ac.in

JAC DELHI 2015 SELECTION PROCESS

DTU, NSIT and IGDTUW will create merit list based on JEE Main AIR issued by CBSE. IIIT Delhi will create merit list based on JEE Main Marks and HSC marks in a 60-40 weightage and will also give bonus marks for scholarship,olympiads and other achievements in addition to this.

Joint Counselling of all four Colleges will enable student of Delhi and Outside of Delhi to apply through single portal and don’t need to fill so many forms.

JAC DELHI 2015 COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

Online Choice Filling

  • All the registered candidates who have paid the registration-cum-counselling fee are required to exercise their choices of University/Institute and Branch in order of their preference.
  • As per the eligibility of the candidate, available seat information relating to University/Institution and Branches will be displayed.
  • Candidates can fill in as much number of choices in the order of preference as they wish to fill, from the list of available choices.
  • Candidates are not permitted, to change, re-order, delete earlier choices and add new choices after last date of choice filling i.e. 12 th July2015, Midnight (IST).
  • The registered candidates are required to see the fees structure and branches of each institute before filling the choices.

Choice Locking & Printing of Locked Choices

  • Choices filled by candidate will be locked automatically after registration period is over i.e. 12th July 2015, Midnight (IST).The candidates are not allowed to change their choices after 12th July 2015, Midnight (IST).
  • Candidates have to take the print out of the filled choices only after closing of choice filling in that particular round
